The Brief

 

Italian cuisinee brings joy to the world, so we were delighted to be given the opportunity to create a modern Italian restaurant on Baldwin Street in Bristol’s busy city centre. The project took a total of 12 months to complete, from planning to completion.

 

The Result

 

The restaurant is fitted with the best equipment available, including a custom island suite from the Swiss manufacturers Thermaline. In addition, the entire main kitchen is equipped with Electrolux professional equipment. Aquila promises first class food without the ceremony associated with fine dining. The restaurant has some truly inspiring dishes which are delivered with style. This is complemented by the restaurant’s stunning surroundings, excellent wines and highly trained staff.
