Located in the old city at the walls of St. John’s in the heart of Bristol, Clayton Hotel is an ideal base for business and leisure. We were tasked with fitting out their vast kitchen, as well as the design and installation of bespoke buffet counters for their breakfast offering.
The framework for the counters were created using stainless steel box section ensuring it’s longevity and, through creating detailed production drawings, we were able to work hand in hand with the shop fitters on site to ensure the cabinetry matched in precisely with the surrounding joinery. This was complimented by black granite, marbled worktops and alcoves for plate storage complete with under lighting.
We were able to incorporate a segregated gluten free area, as well as individual areas for hot drinks, fruit juices, cooked breakfast, pastries and cereals.
The chafing dishes use induction plates that are finished in black glass. These are recessed into the marble to create a clean finished look. This means that the dishes can quickly be lifted off and replaced with any number of other items to quickly adapt the offering to the hotels daily needs.
