Set in 18 acres of stunning grounds, this independently owned and managed country manor house has everything you could want and more from a luxury boutique hotel. As well as offering accommodation and a fine dining restaurant, the hotel also plays host to a number of corporate events and weddings within their outbuilding, The Mews.

 

Sarah got in contact with us in September 2023 with a vision of modernising and transforming their events kitchen to aid them in delivering banquets for these events. The kitchen also happens to be the Rational demonstration kitchen for the southwest.

 

In January 2024, taking on the role of principal contractor, we oversaw the complete renovation of the kitchen over a tight 4 week programme. Works included a full strip out, new vinyl flooring, hygienic cladding, decoration, plumbing alterations, electrical alterations, and general building works. The kitchen was then reinstalled utilising the space in a much more efficient manner, including a dedicated dishwashing section, prep sections, and a large plating space.
