The Brief

An exciting new opportunity brought us to Wales, specifically to the wonderful Cardiff, to install a brand new Loungers restaurant in the heart of the city in the vibrant St David’s market—one of the top 5 shopping destinations in the UK. The goal was to provide a bar and restaurant refurbishment while using our knowledge of commercial kitchens to work on the overall commercial kitchen design—kitting it out with some fantastic commercial kitchen equipment.

The Result

Cosy Club Cardiff spans an impressive total of 7,300 square feet, with an interior which effortlessly merges comfort and style—utilising the mixture of vintage sofas, old club chairs, to the unusual pictures, prints and paintings, which you would expect from a Cosy Club. The jaw-dropping first floor can be accessed by either the ground floor stairs or an elevator—and is split between a dining area and a bar complete with three bespoke cocktail stations which we installed. The kitchen has been fitted out with an island suite, a bespoke service spine, Combi ovens and a walk in freezer and chiller.
