Clevedon Hall

The Brief

Clevedon Hall is one of the South West’s grandest and most versatile venues. It is a Victorian mansion set in its own grounds and has a wide range of rooms and original features. The venue also has a level of personal service that can impress even the most discerning of visitors. We were excited when given the opportunity to work on this project; the brief was clear, the client wanted us to supply an eco-friendly and highly productive catering facility.

The Result

Tailor Made spent many hours working closely with Simon and Peter, in order to help put this fantastic project together. Together we all delivered a fantastic result.

The equipment and facilities now include:

  • Separate all electric kitchen (can produce anything on any menu)

  • Preparation room / Pastry room

  • Stills area

  • Separate wash-up area

  • Induction cooking (built into specially manufactured stainless steel rounded profile tables)

  • The rest of the cookline is made to match (the finish carries through to the cooking island)

  • A Frima Vario Cooking Centre with dual high performance bowls (Compliments the two Rational 10 grid SelfCooking Centres)

The kitchen possesses no naked flames whatsoever. It is user friendly and is easy to clean and exemplifies cooking that is both safe and consistent. This is further complimented by the low running costs and the fact it is eco-friendly.

The prep room is fitted with numerous stainless steel fittings which are designed to fit in specific places.

  • Robot coupe

  • Marble top table for pastry

  • Convection oven

  • Full still area

  • Bravilor Multi Brewer

  • Dairy fridge

  • Water boiler

The wash-up area has:

  • A Comenda Rack dishwasher

  • Dual pre-rinse facility

  • Janitors sink

  • Heavy duty hygienic food grade racking

And there’s more…

  • A centre island extraction system

  • A large walk in coldroom

We would like to thank Simon and Peter for trusting us with providing our expertise on this project.
