The Brief

Martin, Business Manager, of Filton Avenue School, contacted Tailor Made regarding his plans for a new dining hall and school kitchen. Tailor Made worked along side the school, architect and principle contractor to design an island style cooking suit that perfectly serves the new dining hall, whilst also keeping continuity of equipment across the school and the existing kitchens.

The Result

A clean and tidy looking finish with:

• New white rock walls.

• Altro flooring.

• Services distribution riser.

• Island extraction canopy with heater battery. 

• Victor servery with ceran tiles, heat lamps and curved glass sneeze guards.

• A cooking island which included one 10 grid and one 20 grid combi.
