Brief

To design a small functional school kitchen based around modern cooking equipment, utilising electric over gas.

In the cookline we opted for 2 Unox combi ovens sat side by side with prep space and MCS Cooktech induction units on the left and an Instanta water boiler.

The L shaped dishwash station was linked to a Meiko DV80.2 Gio and the inlet table itself had canter levered shelves.

The servery included a Victor hot cupboard and stainless clad surround.

Grease management was by Epas with individual management systems for the combis, dishwasher and prep.

This project was delivered through Kier for Falx Bourton School.
