The Brief

To provide a new servery to the school canteen capable of coping with busy break and lunch times. With basic prep and chilled storage at the rear.  The counter display units, cupboards and refrigerated units had to fully secure and lockable whilst also providing the bespoke features required by the caterers.

 

The Result

A sweeping counter with coloured fascia to match the schools blue. The counter is tightly packed with two heated displays with ceran tops, heated gantries and sneeze guards followed by a curved chilled display with a secure lockable front. Undercounter we incorporated lockable ambient and hot cupboards. The distribution board was integral to the counter and hidden under behind a service compartment.  There is also a flap and gate for access. The counter was finished with stainless kick plinths and Corian top.
