The Brief

We were tasked with the implementation and installation of a complete fit-out of the exciting new Mud Dock Deli at Whapping Wharf in Bristol, which opened its doors in August 2012.

The Result

We designed this facility and supplied the required equipment. At the time, it was long overdue and now it provides a fantastic environment for all who visit. We believe the pictures speak tor themselves but don’t just take out word for it.

Beverley Aaron (owner) commented: “I chose Tailor Made because they were a local company who had previously been involved in very similar projects to our own. Jim was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. He was also understanding and patient especially with the various inevitable amendments and delays along the way, as we had to adapt the design to the total refurbishment of a derelict building and stay on budget.

Tailor Made was involved from concept through to installation and this took the pressure off, as I could then concentrate on launching the new business.

"Jim suggested equipment we hadn’t previously used in our other restaurant, such as a Rational oven which is incredibly efficient – the staff love it! He also designed a space in the kitchen for equipment we may need in the future as we hopefully expand and get bigger. We are delighted with our new kitchen.
