The Brief

On this occasion in 2012, we paid a visit to the historical city of Bath. We were excited to be brought to the One Stop Shop on Manvers Street, which had been opened by North East Somerset Council. Our task was to supply and install a bespoke café and kitchen for the location—fully applying our excellent knowledge of commercial kitchens and bar and restaurant refurbishment to deliver something excellent for the location.

The Result

The overall design of the café as well as the commercial kitchen design includes a number of interesting features—including a custom factory-made counter by CED with a refrigerated drop in display unit. The commercial kitchen equipment for the café consists of a Potato oven, Panini grill, Italian Expresso Machine, Foster refrigeration, Extraction, Hobart ware-washing and all the necessary light equipment you would expect and more.
