The Brief

Swoon, the creators of award-winning Gelato, enlisted our expertise to create a state-of-the-art production kitchen in the centre of Bristol.

 

The Result

 

Their delicious gelato is now produced using a Sammic countertop food mixer and their sauces vacuum packed to ensure that when it arrives in store, it still tastes as good as the day it was made.

 

Two bespoke chillers, produced specifically for the storage of Gelato, are an integral part of their operation. With high quality insulation throughout, it ensures the contents are maintain at a consistent temperature as well as being highly energy efficient.

 

Bespoke fabrication was used to create a dishwashing area complete with an undercounter Meiko FV40.2-Gio dishwasher. The centre benches include practical drawer storage for utensils and are mounted on castors for ease of clean.
