Tailor Made supplied an extraction unit to Zero Degrees Microbrewery to help keep their well-known beverages cool.

 

The Brief:

 

To create a design that would provide bespoke ductwork to chiller over a 13 meter run. The brewery purchased the chiller some months ago but required expertise support to come to a solution that provided sufficient extraction, a requirement before the unit could be commissioned.

 

The Result:

 

Intricately designed ducting was installed into the car park area, the solution negotiated pillars, obstacles and low height ceilings. The biggest challenge was leaving sufficient height for vehicle access. Not only does to Tailor Made’s solution ensure that the unit is working efficiently but, it also means that the brewery can now commission their chiller unit and be compliant.
