Tailor Made have joined the Stables restaurants on a great journey over the last few years.

 

The most recent project was in Padstow, but this time we were challenged with providing a development space for the new menu and designing a kitchen that could cope with seasonal demands as well as all day dining.

 

Until Padstow, the Stables restaurants only served up sour dough pizza and they did it very well. However, this was the first restaurant at which they expanded their food offering to include a breakfast menu as well as additional mains and sides including; smash burgers, fish 'n' chips, nachos to name a few.

Tailor Made were challenged with not only re-designing the cookline to accommodate the new menu but also to assist with equipment trials and menu development. To help create the expanding menu we teamed up with Blue Seal and got hands on with the latest kit in the Blue Seal showroom, the Tailor Made design team built these learnings in to the kitchen design and fit out.

We have no doubt that this restaurant will be a success and look forward to helping the Stables team with their next venture.
