As part of an extensive refurbishment to the clubhouse at this prestigious golf club , The Potting Shed is the main restaurant on site where the team at Mad Swans quote "Our chefs take countryside classics for a little stroll off the beaten path—It’s hearty, homey food… just with better shoes". 

 

Alongside the exceptional food on offer, Tailor Made were tasked to create a functional and spacious bar for a menu that specialises in wine and signature cocktails. The layout includes multiple stations with ice wells, glass rinsers, speed rails and slop sinks to enable numerous bartenders to work effortlessly during peak periods. Specialist Vestfrost wine coolers with dual temperature zones ensure wine is chilled to perfection and a large Scotsman ice machine ensures a consistent supply of high-quality ice.

We also designed and installed a glasswasher and store room behind with efficiency in mind, allowing staff to keep on top of the busy peak trade whether that be in the summer at its hottest or during events. 

 

With all the delectable food and drink available, it's a wonder any golf gets played!
